It is MANDATORY that all applicants are registered for the Navika 2023 conference.

There will be 2 categories YOUTH and ADULT.
Applicants must meet the below requirements.
Youth Girls & Boys: Age: Between 16 to 25
Adult Women & Men: Age: Between 25 and above
Participants need to go through Auditioning to get selected for this prime spot, sponsored premium event!!
Selection is based on a few criteria including, but not limited to great personality, how you carry yourself, enthusiasm, confidence and some previous experience would be preferred. However all decisions taken by the Navika 2023 Cultural Committee are final.
The application form, auditioning process & show are meant to be a fun time for all the participants. No pressure, No Stress. If you are selected, an email notification will be sent to the participants
Selected participants need to commit to attend “All” the practice sessions as planned by the organizers. Practice sessions and fittings will be held at Austin or Dallas ( whichever is closer for the participant). Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Organizers will not be held responsible.
All participants must send in their 2 HD quality photographs and a short clip of runway walk (optional but preferred)
Please note: Strategy for practice sessions including dates & location will be determined based on the location of selected applicants.
Participants will be responsible for their individual professional make up, hair style (is a must) and. We can provide a Makeup artist and Hairstylist for a designated price at the venue.
Participants are responsible for any damage to the clothes/jewelry provided ( as the clothes/jewelry will be sponsored)
The choreography, sequencing and positioning of the participants on the stage is at the discretion of the organizing team. To keep it fair for everyone, participants should refrain from influencing or providing any unsolicited input.

Participants should give full rights to use the images/videos resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for publicity or other purposes to help. This might include the right to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media, press releases.
Applicants should strictly adhere to the rules and regulations at all times. If any of these rules are broken by the applicants, the NAVIKA COMMITTEE will reserve the right to disqualify the participant or revoke the title at any time without giving any notice. Applicants agree that neither NAVIKA FASHION SHOW COMMITTEE nor NAVIKA COMMITTEE will be responsible for any form of loss/damage/injuries/liabilities.
Applicants must be responsible for their belongings.
